We’re looking for an engineer who obsesses over feel — the half-second of weight before a jump, the give of a hit, the moment a system disappears and only emotion remains.
As a gameplay engineer you’ll own the systems players never name but always feel — movement, combat, camera and the dozens of invisible details that make a world respond. You’ll work shoulder-to-shoulder with designers and animators, prototyping fast and tuning until it’s right.
This is a small studio, so you’ll have real ownership and a direct line to the decisions that shape our games. We care more about how something feels in the hand than how it reads on paper.
