Agreement to these terms

These terms form a binding agreement between you and Liminal Interactive Limited ("Liminal," "we," "us") covering your use of our website, games, and related services. By accessing or using them, you accept these terms. You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your region) to use our services. We may update these terms from time to time; continued use after a change means you accept the revised version.

Your account

Some features require an account, which may be provided through Steam or directly by us. Keep your credentials secure and provide accurate information. You're responsible for activity under your account, so let us know promptly if you suspect unauthorized use.

Your license to play

We grant you a personal, limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and play our games for your own non-commercial entertainment. Our games are distributed and updated through Steam, so your use is also subject to the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Valve's rules. This license doesn't transfer ownership of anything.

Purchases, payments & refunds

Game purchases and in-game purchases are made through Steam. All billing, payment processing, and refunds are handled by Valve under the Steam Subscriber Agreement and Steam Refund Policy — we don't process payments or store card details directly. Please review Valve's terms before buying.

Acceptable use

To keep things fair for everyone, you agree not to:

• Cheat, exploit, or use unauthorized third-party software that affects gameplay or other players.
• Reverse-engineer, copy, resell, or commercially exploit our games or content without permission.
• Disrupt our services, infringe others' rights, or use them for anything unlawful.

Intellectual property

All games, artwork, code, audio, names, logos, and other content are owned by Liminal Interactive Limited or our licensors and are protected by law. Nothing in these terms transfers those rights to you beyond the limited license to play described above.

Feedback & community

We don't host comments on our own site. If you share ideas, suggestions, or bug reports with us, you grant us a free, perpetual license to use them to improve our games, with no obligation to you. Discussion on our social channels and Steam pages is governed by those platforms' own rules.

Disclaimers & liability

Our services are provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Liminal won't be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us (if any) in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing here limits liability that can't be excluded by law.

Suspension & termination

You can stop using our services at any time. We may suspend or end your access if you breach these terms or to protect our players, services, or rights. Sections that by their nature should survive termination — such as intellectual property, disclaimers, and liability — will continue to apply.

Governing law

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Hong Kong Special Administrative Region, a common-law jurisdiction grounded in English legal principles. The courts of Hong Kong will have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising from them.
